Small update + source code

Hi! Quick update to fix the following:

- Gap between obstacles was not scaling (always set to hardest gap)
- Missing credit for music in credits.txt
- Persistent score not loading when re-launching game

The source code (and audio, images) has also been released in case it's of use for reference by anyone!
